| Founded in 1996, Commercial Real Estate Network ("CRN") is a full service company which manages and leases properties throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties. We represent our clients in acquisition, disposition, leasing and property management. It is our objective to meet our clients needs and satisfy their goals. Kevin G. Boasberg is the President and licensed broker of the company. He directs the company's brokerage business and works closely with his family-owned real estate development firm, where he began his career in 1995. His family's company, Chazan Properties Inc., is a commercial real estate development and property management firm and has been in the business for over 50 years. Chazan Properties Inc. has developed anchored retail shopping centers, office buildings and residential housing throughout Southern California and several States. Mr. Boasberg has had exposure to various markets and has worked with national tenants including Blockbuster, Petco, Vons, Ralphs, Baja Fresh, TGI Fridays, Subway, Remax and Dollar General. Throughout his career, he has brokered over $48 million in real estate and financial transactions. His property management duties include oversight of the day to day operations of tenant relations, leasehold issues, property maintenance and tenant improvements. He is also experienced in legal, accounting, insurance and partnership management issues. in 2001, he co-founded Kevron Development Corp., to develop single family homes in La Quinta, California. In 2004, Mr. Boasberg became a Certified Mortgage Consultant and created National Lending to provide commercial and residential finance. In 2008, he became certified as an Ecobroker. An Ecobroker is a real estate professional who specializes in green design, energy efficiency and the environment.
Commercial Real Estate Network has been based in the San Fernando Valley since its inception.
Mr. Boasberg was raised and resides in Los Angeles, California.
